This condo renovation had an idea to turn studio apartment into a one bedroom transformation. Visually, it is a study in soft modernism, where texture and tone do the heavy lifting. A restrained palette of warm neutrals—stone, sand, and muted taupe—creates a calming backdrop, allowing form and materiality to take center stage. The sculptural sofa, upholstered in a tactile boucle, anchors the room with its generous curves, echoed by the rounded lounge chair and solid wood coffee table that ground the composition. Layered textiles add quiet depth: sheer drapery filters daylight into a gentle glow, while a plush area rug softens the dark wood flooring underfoot. Abstract artworks introduces subtle movement, and the lighting scheme is deliberately intimate.
